3. Use correct car types — misplaced listings may be deleted to keep the marketplace organized.

1. Never share your account password, OTPs, or sensitive bank details in chat.
2. Always meet in well-lit, public places for transactions.
3. Report any suspicious users or listings immediately to our moderation team.

All listings, messages, and platform activity must strictly follow the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

1. Our team reviews and moderates listings regularly to ensure a safe community.
2. We reserve the right to remove listings or ban users who violate these guidelines.
3. You can report any listing or user for review using the "Report" button on the listing page.

To maintain a reliable marketplace, all vehicle listings must:

1. Accurately describe the vehicle.
2. Display the correct selling price.
3. Include the correct make, model, and year.
4. State the actual mileage.
5. Clearly specify the transmission type and fuel type.
6. Mention any major modifications, accidents, or repairs where applicable.
7. Include current and genuine photographs of the vehicle.

Misleading or inaccurate vehicle listings may be removed without prior notice.

Only users who:

1. Own the vehicle,
2. Have legal authority to sell the vehicle, or
3. Are authorized dealers or licensed businesses

may advertise vehicles on Bahrain Cars BH. We may request proof of ownership or authorization for verification purposes.

The following are strictly prohibited:

1. Duplicate advertisements.
2. Fake vehicle listings.
3. Vehicles that have already been sold but remain advertised.
4. Listings created only to collect buyer enquiries.
5. Posting the same vehicle using multiple accounts.
6. Misrepresenting the vehicle's condition or history.

Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.

All uploaded photographs and videos must:

1. Show the actual vehicle being advertised.
2. Be recent and clear.
3. Not contain misleading edits.
4. Not include copyrighted images taken from other websites without permission.
5. Not contain offensive or illegal content.

Stock photos or AI-generated images must not be used if they misrepresent the actual vehicle.

Vehicle advertisements should include accurate information regarding:

1. Make
2. Model
3. Manufacturing Year
4. Mileage
5. Engine Size
6. Fuel Type
7. Transmission
8. Registration Status
9. Service History (if available)
10. Warranty Status (if applicable)

Providing false or misleading information may result in removal of the listing.

Vehicle prices should:

1. Reflect the genuine asking price.
2. Clearly mention whether the price is negotiable.
3. Include any mandatory charges if applicable.
4. Avoid misleading "starting from" prices unless clearly explained.

Hidden charges and deceptive pricing practices are prohibited.

Registered dealers are expected to:

1. Maintain professional communication.
2. Provide accurate vehicle information.
3. Keep inventory up to date.
4. Remove sold vehicles promptly.
5. Clearly identify themselves as licensed dealers.

Misrepresentation of dealership status is prohibited.

For your protection:

1. Inspect the vehicle before making payment.
2. Verify vehicle ownership documents.
3. Confirm the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) where applicable.
4. Meet sellers in safe public locations.
5. Avoid sending advance payments without proper verification.
6. Report suspicious behaviour immediately.

Bahrain Cars BH is not responsible for transactions conducted between buyers and sellers.

Users may not advertise:

1. Stolen vehicles.
2. Vehicles with forged ownership documents.
3. Vehicles advertised without authorization.
4. Illegal vehicle modifications where prohibited by law.
5. Fraudulent investment or vehicle resale schemes.
6. Vehicles intended for unlawful purposes.

Such listings will be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

All users must communicate respectfully. The following behaviour is prohibited:

1. Harassment
2. Threats
3. Hate speech
4. Discrimination
5. Abusive language
6. Spam messages
7. Repeated unwanted contact

Violations may lead to account restrictions or permanent suspension.
