Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all vehicle listings contain:

1. Accurate descriptions
2. Correct pricing
3. Genuine photographs
4. Actual vehicle specifications
5. Current availability
6. Truthful mileage
7. Correct ownership information

Users must immediately update or remove listings once a vehicle has been sold or is no longer available.

By posting a vehicle advertisement, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are the legal owner of the vehicle; or
2. You have legal authority to advertise or sell the vehicle; or
3. You are an authorized dealer or representative.

You are responsible for ensuring that your listing does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Bahrain Cars BH does not verify:

1. Vehicle ownership
2. Mileage accuracy
3. Service history
4. Accident history
5. Insurance claims
6. Vehicle condition
7. Mechanical condition
8. Outstanding finance
9. Registration status

Buyers are responsible for independently verifying all vehicle information before completing any transaction.

We strongly recommend that buyers:

1. Personally inspect the vehicle.
2. Arrange an independent mechanical inspection.
3. Verify ownership documents.
4. Verify the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
5. Confirm registration records before purchase.

Bahrain Cars BH is not responsible for any issues discovered after a transaction.

All negotiations, payments, vehicle inspections, ownership transfers, and delivery arrangements are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

Bahrain Cars BH is not a party to any agreement and assumes no responsibility for disputes arising from user transactions.

Vehicle dealers are responsible for ensuring that:

1. Their business information remains accurate.
2. All advertised vehicles are legally available for sale.
3. Vehicle inventory is kept up to date.
4. Listings comply with applicable Bahraini laws.

The platform may request proof of dealership registration at any time.

Bahrain Cars BH may offer paid services including:

1. Featured Listings
2. Premium Advertisements
3. Dealer Subscription Packages
4. Homepage Promotions
5. Sponsored Listings

Fees are displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, payments for activated services are non-refundable.

Users retain ownership of photographs, videos, descriptions, and other content they upload.

By publishing content on Bahrain Cars BH, users grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content for the operation and marketing of the platform.

Users must not upload copyrighted material without authorization.

To maintain a secure marketplace, Bahrain Cars BH may:

1. Verify user identities.
2. Request proof of vehicle ownership.
3. Remove suspicious listings.
4. Suspend suspicious accounts.
5. Investigate reports of fraud.
6. Cooperate with law enforcement authorities where legally required.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

1. Publish fraudulent vehicle listings.
2. Misrepresent vehicle ownership.
3. Use multiple accounts to manipulate listings.
4. Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
5. Attempt to compromise platform security.
6. Engage in unlawful activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bahrain Cars BH shall not be liable for:

1. Financial losses resulting from vehicle transactions.
2. Vehicle defects.
3. Misrepresentation by buyers or sellers.
4. Fraud committed by users.
5. Delayed or failed transactions.
6. Loss of profits or business opportunities.
7. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Users access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bahrain Cars BH, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

1. User-generated content.
2. Vehicle advertisements.
3. Breach of these Terms.
4. Violation of applicable laws.
5. Infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any dispute arising from the use of Bahrain Cars BH shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Bahrain Cars BH reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised "Last Updated" date.
